Our Process - Engineering Review- after the submission of drawings and specifications, our project managers schedule an engineering review. It is reviewed for rubber compound requirements, special packaging requirements, process ability, tooling requirements and manufacturing capability.
- Quotation- a detailed quotation is then provided on the basis of finding during the engineering review. The quotation includes the quantity, part description, material description, lead time for samples, production lead time.
- Contract Review- after the purchase order is submitted, our quality manager joins the team working on the project. The purchase order is then reviewed to ensure all specifications and requirements.
- Keep it on Track- after the order is scheduled, a weekly review is conducted and seven days of the due date. This ensures that the proper material is available and the order is scheduled properly.
- Sample Submission- prior to the production, samples are provided from the production with, at a minimum, a complete Initial Sample Inspection Report. Part approval paperwork is included for a written sample approval prior to production.
- Production & Delivery- every product order is processed following the same parameters established during the sample submission process. We try to keep consistency in material and methods; however, any change is reported beforehand for the approval.
